Payment...
- ZAM accepts cash, check, Venmo (preferred) or PayPal (details will be shared when lessons are arranged).
- Payment is expected at the time of the lesson.
- Students/parents may pay for a month's worth of lessons at the first lesson of each month, or may pay week by week.
- ZAM requires a 12 hour notice for all absences
- We will allow one "oops" but further no shows or last minute cancellations will be billed for the full lesson price
- Sudden illness or family emergencies will be assessed on a case by case basis
- "Hold your spot" - families may elect to hold their spot for a fee of $15/week while their student participates in a sport or activity
- Weather related cancelation of lessons will be determined by the students/parents of students and the teachers.
- If your local school district is closed, you may elect to cancel without being charged
- If the student and teacher both agree roads are safe enough for travel, lessons may occur even during inclement weather.
- I waive the right to any legal action for injury or property loss sustained on the ZAM property resulting from normal class activity or any other activity conducted by the student before, during or after lesson times. I give Zeeland Academy of Music, LLC permission to use my child's photograph in print or on the website for publication/promotional use.
